Effective Expression for Party Presentation
Effective Expression for Party Presentaion
I am a newer Designer. I get the jitters thinking about the Party presentation. How can I raise my confidence?
What am I supposed to do?
First and foremost Design your future with your direct upline and on the company website.
Home and Garden Party offers a training system that is 2nd to none. Many training materials are included in your kit. Make the most of these wonderful suggestions.
They come from the pros and will help a great deal.
Keep in mind, when you are Designing a Party,
You are sending a message and communicating with everyone in the room.
Your message should be:
1. Direct
-You are there to inform and invite everyone of the services and opportunities you offer with Home and Garden Party.
*Don’t assume people know what your talking about.
Many have never heard of our company or ever saw the products before.
2. Immediate
Sometimes delaying communication can cause feelings to exacerbate .
You may feel frustration, anxiety or worry that you are not doing a good job.
In most cases this is not a fact. However it will be helpful to you to give immediate information and answer questions, so you are free to move on to the next subject or part of your presentation.
If you are unable to answer a question, ask your guest to jot a note on the back of the white portion of their order form and contact them within a day-no later than 2 with an answer.
3. Straight
A straight message is when your stated purpose is identical with the Real purpose of communicating.
Be Honest, Sincere and Real.
· A Disguised intention and hidden agenda may destroy the intimacy you build with customers during a party.
· They may tend to feel manipulated if you are not sincere in your words and actions.
4. Supportive
You want the other person/s to hear you without getting blown away and overwhelmed.
Communicate supportively, letting everyone know you are there for that reason. In other words- Share and Ask which service is right for them at this time, keeping in mind Everyone is a Winner.
Whether they chose to purchase 1 jar candle, every wall grouping, or booked a party for each of the next six catalogs
This type of REAL communication produces understanding and closeness, making it much easier to take the jitters out of your presentation.
